1. Definitions

“Digital Product” means software, license keys, downloads, templates, or other content delivered electronically. “Customer” means the purchaser. “We/Us” means this storefront (SellDrop).

2. Ordering, Payment & Delivery

• Payments via providers like Stripe; we don’t store full card data.
• On successful payment, delivery is instant via confirmation page and email.
• Invoices are automatic; taxes (e.g., VAT) may apply by location.

3. Licenses & Acceptable Use

• License scope is stated on the product page (devices, commercial use, term).
• No sharing, reselling, reverse engineering, or unauthorized redistribution.
• Activation may be limited; suspicious activity may be blocked.

4. Updates & Support

• “Lifetime” covers main version line; subscriptions cover while active.

5. Pricing, Taxes & Currencies

• Display currencies may vary; processor settles final charge.
• VAT/GST as required; you’re responsible for provided tax IDs.

6. Subscriptions

• Auto-renew until cancelled; price & cadence shown at checkout.
• Cancel anytime; access continues to period end.
• No refunds for unused time unless required by law or our error.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility follows our Refund Policy. Digital goods are usually non-refundable after delivery, subject to law.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights remain with us and/or licensors; no ownership transfers.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

Products are provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

No liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Aggregate cap = amount paid for the order at issue.

11. Indemnification

You indemnify us for claims from misuse or breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Disputes
